મિત્રો, આમ તો બધાને ખબર જ છે કે મોબાઇલનો ઉપયોગ કરવાથી આપણા સ્વાસ્થ્ય પર ઘણુ નુકશાન થાય છે, પણ આજના જમાના પ્રમાણે આપણે તેનો ઉપયોગ એકદમ બંધ કરવો શક્ય નથી, પણ મિત્રો આપણે મોબાઇલનો બને તેટલો ઓછો ઉપયોગ કરીને પણ મોટા નુકશાનથી બચી શકિયે છીયે.
એક મેસેજ કે જેનાથી કદાચ આપણને વધારે માહિતી મલી શકે.
